well there are a quite a bit things ya need to work on. Either the head is a bit big or the rest of the body is to small, I can't tell.

Next ya gotta work on that colouring. Try to have a light source (ya know shading.) right now it looks kinda of a mess but I guess the light source in this picture is top to bottem.

Over all its not that good but its a lot better from what i've last seen from ya. All what I can say is keep practicing and keep up the good work.
